Women gathered in a community at golden hour
A movement for women, by women

Let's build a better world,
together.

advvita walks alongside women in low-income communities — with legal aid, healthcare, education and a circle of people who care. Real support. Built together.

Our Mission

We stand with women who have been overlooked — offering free legal and emotional support, healthcare she can reach, and education that opens the door to her own future.

Each program is shaped by the women who walk through our door. We listen first, then we build.

Our Story

The most resilient people in this country are already here.

advvita began with a single conversation in a small room in Pune — about what it takes for a woman to begin again, on her own terms. Twelve years on, that conversation has become a community across twelve cities.

We don't arrive with answers. We arrive with time, training, paperwork, a doctor's number, a safe place to sleep tonight — and the steady belief that she is the one who knows the way forward.

Get Involved

Three ways to show up.

01

Mentor & teach

Spend a few hours a week sharing what you know — English, accounts, coding, confidence.

02

Join a community drive

Show up for health camps, water installs and weekend outreach across our 12 cities.

03

Give to sustain

A monthly gift keeps a counselor, a teacher, or a mobile clinic running all year.

Sarrika Pratibha Deshmukh

Founder · Since 2014 · Pune, Maharashtra

Sarrika founded advvita in 2014 after a decade of working with women across rural Maharashtra. What began as informal legal counsel from her living room has grown into a six-program movement reaching twelve cities.

In 2021 she launched Jiza, advvita's co-working initiative for women entrepreneurs — pairing affordable workspace with mentorship, microcredit guidance, and a community that shows up.

"We are not here to rescue anyone. We are here because none of us should walk alone."
